Senior Design Manager, Creative Services

Role Overview: Bain & Company, a global consultancy, is seeking a Senior Design Manager to join their Creative Services department within the global Marketing organization. In this role, you will provide strategic design advice, guidance, and leadership to client teams, business partners, and design teams. Your primary focus will be on influencing, shaping, executing, and delivering creative solutions tailored to high-impact client situations and commercial objectives. You will manage and mentor a team of design managers and senior designers, fostering their professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an expert integrated designer and project manager, setting clear expectations with client teams, business partners, and design teams on scope, resources, time, and budget - Serve as a strategic advisor and design partner, offering innovative solutions to support Bain's client and commercial activities - Partner with senior leadership on financial planning and scaling regional design services, including roadmap planning and headcount management - Lead regional/global opportunities for team and design service growth and performance improvements - Manage and mentor a team of Design Managers and senior designers to deliver design solutions and ensure adherence to Creative Services KPIs and service levels - Cultivate a team environment that promotes growth, learning, and development, encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration - Coach and guide individual performance and growth through feedback, project debriefs, and professional development check-ins Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of work experience - Senior leadership experience working with regional/global virtual teams - Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Fluency in written and spoken English - Excellent communications and influencing skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience,
