• Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer – Team Lead to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and GD&T, with a proven ability to perform tolerance checks, manage design quality, and lead a team of engineers. You will be responsible for guiding the design process from concept to production, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of design engineers and drafters to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Create, review, and finalize 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Perform tolerance analysis and ensure compliance with GD&T standards.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of designs.
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and production.
• Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and engineering change records.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
• Promote design standardization, continuous improvement, and best engineering practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical assemblies
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Analytical mindset with high attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
