Required Skillsets & Experience:

5–12 years
of experience as an
MS SQL Server DBA
in production environments.
Strong hands-on expertise in
HA/DR solutions
, including
Always On Availability Groups
.
Proven experience with
patching, upgrades, and migrations
of SQL Server.
In-depth knowledge of
performance monitoring and tuning techniques
.
Proficient in using
SQL Profiler
,
DMVs
,
Extended Events
, and other performance tools.
Experience in
Commvault Backup & Restore
systems or equivalent.
Familiar with
Windows Server OS
administration related to database environments.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
under pressure.
Ability to work independently and
self-organize
in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills with a
team-oriented mindset
.
Knowledge and experience in implementing
IT security standards
and
access control
.
Understanding of
ITIL-based ITSM processes
(incident, change, problem management).
