Senior Data Scientist

with 6–9 years of experience to join our growing AI/ML team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to drive business impact, designing intelligent systems, and developing scalable machine learning models. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving

deep learning, GANs, and synthetic data generation

, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative AI solutions to production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–9 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Research.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
Proven experience in GANs, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and model optimization.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, EKS).
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and mathematical modeling.
Experience in feature engineering, data wrangling, and data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly).
Familiarity with MLOps tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex models to non-technical audiences.
Self-driven, analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.

Good to Have

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI projects.
Exposure to data pipeline tools (Airflow, Spark, or Kafka).
Publications, patents, or contributions to open-source ML projects.
