Job Summary

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement scalable data science solutions using structured and unstructured data.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers for seamless integration of models into production.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML, data science tools, and best Qualifications :
• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; strong experience with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong experience with SQL and data manipulation in large datasets.
• Hands-on experience deploying models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive is a plus.
