Job Description

Designing, developing, and researching Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes
Training and retraining ML systems and models as needed.
Verifying data quality and/or ensuring it via data cleaning for training data.
Deploying models in the production environment
Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models
Identifying differences in data distribution that could affect model performance in real-world situations
Monitoring model performance vs basic statistical methods for cost-benefit analysis as well as deployment performance and adherence to specifications
Produce and maintain all documentation related to data models or analysis
Design, test, and operationalize LLM-powered workflows using modern AI developer tools and workbenches (e.g., Codex-style coding agents, Cursor-like IDE copilots, OpenAI and Google agent frameworks).
Develop robust system prompts, task schemas, and tool interfaces optimized for reliability and repeatability.
Evaluate different foundation models, prompting strategies, and tool-use patterns using structured AI workbench environments and sandboxed experiments.
