Sr. Data Scientist Responsibilities

• Formulating, suggesting, and managing data-driven and GenAI-powered projects to further business interests.
• Collating, cleaning, and preparing structured/unstructured data for ML, DL, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Designing and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and LLM-based applications.
• Building and managing AI Agents using LangChain/LangGraph for workflow automation.
• Experimenting with open-source and commercial LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) for enterprise use cases.
• Delegating tasks to Junior Data Scientists and guiding them on best practices in ML, DL, and GenAI.
• Monitoring and mentoring teams; ensuring model performance, generalizability, and scalability.
• Selecting and employing advanced ML/DL/GenAI procedures to extract actionable insights.
• Producing non-technical reports and GenAI-driven dashboards for business decision-making.
• Suggesting ways to integrate insights and AI agents into core business strategies.
• Staying informed on cutting-edge advancements in AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, and MCP ecosystem to ensure relevance.

Sr. Data Scientist Requirements

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
• Extensive experience in ML/DL/NLP and hands-on GenAI/LLM projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and SQL.
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI Agent development.
• Experience with MCP for connecting models with external tools and services.
• Demonstrable history of end-to-end AI/GenAI project ownership.
• Outstanding supervision, mentorship, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to foster a collaborative AI-driven culture within the team.
• Strong awareness of AI ethics, compliance, and data governance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹968,992.94 - ₹2,359,250.74 per year
