  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and data pipelines.
  • Understanding of solution architecture and system integration (APIs, microservices).

Non-Technical Capabilities

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple business language.
  • Change management and user adoption experience (training, enablement, workshops).
  • KPI definition, ROI measurement, and performance tracking for AI solutions.
  • Ability to define AI use cases, prioritize roadmaps, and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Problem-solving, issue escalation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Understanding of AI governance, ethics, compliance, and risk management.
