As an EY Assurance Senior, you will serve as the main point of contact from GDS for the tasks assigned by the global client serving assurance teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timeliness and quality of deliverables, as well as managing day-to-day operations of engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality work in line with EY Global Audit Methodology and global team expectations. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of engagements and EY GAM while reviewing procedures performed by GDS staff. - Develop and maintain relationships with key EY Global counterparts and embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into the team's work. - Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor performance against standards. - Standardize review processes, leverage best practices, and motivate and lead GDS team members. Skills and attributes for success: - Knowledge of accounting and assurance standards - Excellent communication skills - Project management and leadership skills - Logical reasoning and risk management skills - Ability to foster positive work culture and teamwork Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or ACCA/CPA with relevant work experience - Non-Qualified (B.
