Senior Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

The Senior Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate and timely data entry, managing and supervising junior data entry operators, ensuring data integrity, and assisting in report generation. The role requires high attention to detail, speed, and proficiency with data systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in the company database and systems with high accuracy.
• Review and verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
• Supervise and guide junior data entry operators to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely data collection and entry.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data handling standards.
• Assist in training new data entry staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and data management software.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and team coordination ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
