About the role
We are looking for experienced analytical professional to join our team working on global analytical projects for both Corporate Services (e.g. HR, Finance) and Business Lines (e.g. Capital Markets, Leasing, Hotels)The role would support projects across data acquisition, exploratory analysis, Insight/ Analysis creation and presenting key findings to project team and stakeholders.Candidates will have expertise across Data Statistical tools (SQL, R, Python), problem formulation, insight model development and visualization BI tools. Passion for understanding the why is key for successful applicants.

Responsibilities

Ability to understand business problems across both JLL Business Lines (Capital Markets, Leasing) and Corporate Services (HR, Finance)
Experience with SQL with data acquisition and exploratory data analysis. Must have attention to detail as well as a nose for understanding complex datasets needed for analysis. Work closely with Enterprise Analytics Stakeholder teams to build out analytical solutionsLeverage data, statistical and visualization tools for building the project deliverables includingo Visualization dashboard with key dimension metricso Analysis deck with key insights and actionable insights relevant to stakeholderso Advanced analytics results including correlation, predictive and testing resultso Datasets for operationalizing analytical findings with stakeholder groupsFocus on continuous learning and development across Methods, Tools and Analytical problems.Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks and find solutions to move projects forward

Experience & Education

Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer science, Psychology, Other quantitative fieldsMasters degree preferred4-6 years of experience in data and analysis in corporate and consulting settings4+ years of experience with analytical problem formulation and analytics insight development4+ years of experience with data tools (SQL, Power BI etc.).3+ years of experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint tools, Statistical tools (SAS R Python Stata).Experience with visualization tools like Tableau Domo Qlikview

Technical Skills & Competencies
Deep skills with managing data from multiple platforms, identifying anomalies, integrating datasets. Core SQL skills necessary to pull data from JLL, External and adhoc datsets.Analytical mindset driven to understand the data and building actionable insights Experience with the analytical tool kit across Data (SQL Alteryx), Statistical (SAS R Python Stata), Visualization (Tableau) and Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiencesCommitment to learning including new analytical methods, tools and problems
