Job Title: PowerApps System Administrator
Location: Mumbai, Offshore Department: IT, (BTS Business Transformation Solutions) Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: BI Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced PowerApps System Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft Power Platform environments, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI. This role plays a key part in ensuring a secure, scalable, and governed platform experience for our global teams. You will work closely with developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to maintain operational integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Administer Power Platform environments and enforce governance through security roles, DLP policies, and connector management. Oversee user access control, licensing, and environment provisioning. Monitor system performance and provide usage analytics and reporting. Support ALM processes including solution import/export, version control, and DevOps integration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app performance, connectivity, and access. Maintain technical documentation for environments, policies, apps, and governance protocols. Coordinate with internal IT and compliance teams to align platform usage with enterprise policies and data protection standards. Collaborate with PowerApps Developers to support app lifecycle and ensure stable deployments. * Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Platform administration. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 admin center, Azure Active Directory, and Dataverse. Experience with Power Platform governance frameworks and security models. Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, SQL, SharePoint, etc.). Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or PL-500 are preferred.
