What You’ll Own

You won’t just report numbers. You’ll architect how Arcady Media thinks about performance — across clients, pods, and the agency itself.

That includes:

Analytics + ROI Tracking

• Build clear, visual dashboards that connect revenue, retention, and deliverability data back to agency performance.
• Quantify ROI of every

  pod, campaign, and service line

  - and flag what’s driving or hurting profit.
• Tie together client-side results (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics) with internal ops data (ClickUp, Sheets, etc.).
• Help define the right KPIs — not just track them. You’ll help decide what metrics actually matter.

Internal + Client Insights

• Run

  weekly internal reports

  for leadership summarizing pod health, campaign effectiveness, and retention performance.
• Generate

  on-demand client reports

  that clearly prove value and tell the story of impact.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Strategists, and the Head of Ops to translate insights into decisions.

Data Systems + Scalability

• Help build scalable reporting systems — using

  Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Supermetrics

  , or similar.
• Assist with data pipelines (you’ll work with our engineers, not code them yourself).
• Use

  AI-assisted analysis

  (Python, GPT, or Sheets automation) to identify LTV, retention cohorts, and trend anomalies.
• Build processes for consistency, not just one-off reports — think frameworks, not screenshots.
