Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing

  short-form ads

  for paid social (TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook)
• Cut and polish

  vlog-style videos

  for our founder (YouTube, IG clips)
• Cleanly edit

  long-form course/training content

  (chaptering, pacing, visual clarity)
• Add motion, captions, b-roll, transitions as needed
• Optimize edits for

  hook rate

  ,

  watch time

  , and

  retention

• Respond to feedback quickly and meet tight turnarounds (2472 hours)
• Track performance and evolve edits based on results

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong

  portfolio

  (passion projects welcome)
• Skilled with editing tools (Examples):

  CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

• Deep understanding of

  social media trends

  , especially for eCommerce audiences
• Basic understanding of

  hook rates

• Highly

  and able to hit deadlines with minimal guidance
