Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering and managing strong relationships. - Lead client onboarding and oversee seamless implementation of PropFlo. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively. - Drive product adoption through client training, workshops, and sharing best practices. - Communicate product releases and feature updates clearly to clients. - Ensure client retention, renewals, and expansion by delivering measurable value. - Utilize real estate expertise to understand client needs and workflows. - Mentor and manage a small team to achieve exceptional client success outcomes. Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles. - Strong background in the real estate industry, with knowledge of the complete sales cycle. - Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure renewals. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Prior team management experience is advantageous. - Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad. - Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
