Job Overview:

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Home / Hybrid (Flexible)

Shift Timing: Night Shift Saturday to Friday (5 working days),

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through email support, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
Handle international non-voice processes with ease, demonstrating strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Utilize typing speed to efficiently process customer requests, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Demonstrate proficiency in BPO non-voice processes, including email support, chat support, or other related functions.
Possess excellent English language skills (spoken & written) for effective interaction with customers worldwide.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry (customer service).
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S.).
Excellent communication skills for handling international clients via email support.
Proficient in using technology-based tools for efficient processing of customer requests.
