Work From Office - WFO only
- 5.5 days of working with rotational shifts (mainly night shifts)
- 9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour of break
- Rotational week-offs
- Cabs available both ways for odd hours only ( 50% cost from the employee)
Salary and Benefits
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) will be added to the salary, dependent on KPIs & KRAs like login hours, attendance, QA score, CSAT- DSAT, etc.
Requirements:
- Graduates or UG + 1 yr min expr
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Technical aptitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- No leaves allowed for the first three months, except for weekly offs
