Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Representative located in Hyderabad. The Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and resolving issues. They will also focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. The role involves assisting customers through various channels and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Proficiency in Customer Support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues over Chat
• Focused on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is beneficial
• Familiarity with sports media and streaming services is a plus
