? Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries related to warehousing, inventory, and logistics services.
? Respond promptly to customer requests, resolving issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
? Process and manage customer orders in the system, coordinating with the warehouse operations team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
? Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or exceptions.
? Prepare, organize, and maintain essential documentation such as invoices, cycle count reports, and inventory records, ensuring accuracy for system entry.
? Coordinate billing with customers as per agreed timelines, resolving discrepancies in invoices and escalating issues when necessary.
? Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer portfolio to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
? Visit warehouses as required to support operations and maintain firsthand understanding of processes.
