Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Executive in the Sales Development department based in Raipur, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers during the sales process. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the company's products and services to drive sales conversions and contribute to the overall sales targets of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, providing necessary information for informed purchasing decisions. - Provide timely and accurate responses to sales-related inquiries to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. - Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively to enhance their overall experience. - Identify potential sales opportunities, convert inquiries into sales, and track leads for maximum conversion rates. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively and drive sales. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings, collaborating with sales and marketing teams for enhancement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Details: Your performance as a Customer Relationship Executive will be closely monitored to ensure key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lead follow-up effectiveness are met.
