Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle including booking, documentation, agreement execution, loan coordination, registration, payment follow-ups, and possession
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM software and internal systems.
  • Liaise with sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements.
  • Prepare and present client MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
  • Handle escalations and grievances with tact, diplomacy, and quick resolution.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and referral business.
  • Support in possession/handover process ensuring customer delight.
  • Mentor and guide junior CRM team members to maintain service excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 78 years of relevant experience in

    Customer Relationship Management within the Real Estate industry

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (PropU) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.
