Senior Credit Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Credit Manager located in Pune. The Senior Credit Manager will be responsible for managing the credit assessment process, performing risk analysis, and making credit decisions. The role includes overseeing the credit portfolio, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and working with sales and other teams to structure credit solutions. The Senior Credit Manager will also monitor and manage credit exposures and provide guidance to junior credit staff.

• Strong knowledge of credit assessment, risk analysis, and credit policy compliance
• Experience in managing credit portfolios and making credit decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and other teams to structure credit solutions
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide guidance to junior credit staff
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are beneficial
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools
