Senior Counselor

As a Senior Counselor, your role will involve assessing queries received from associates or direct walk-ins for available options. You will be responsible for analyzing the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies in institutions. Your duties will also include record keeping of student information and documentation, as well as updating CRM/allocated software with relevant student information. Key Responsibilities: - Contacting clients or company associates if any message or information needs to be passed to them - Targeting maximum conversions of assessments into applications - Attending and organizing all university/college training sessions - Facilitating training sessions for associates and their teams - Taking charge of overall business development for student applications - Guiding students with regard to interview preparation as per the university/college requirements - Guiding students on Statement of Purpose writing as per university/college requirements of institutions - Catering to business development calls of associates Qualifications Required: - Experience: total work of 2 years (Required) Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule. Additionally, you will be eligible for cell phone reimbursement and performance bonus. The work location for this job is in person.,
