We are seeking individuals who are eager to explore, learn, and create engaging experiences that make a real impact. **Role Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with a high-performing team that thrives on shared success and innovation, working closely with colleagues in Pune and across global Nasdaq teams. - Develop interactive, digital-first learning experiences in various formats using AI-gen tools, Articulate, Rise, and Camtasia. - Conduct interactive training sessions and webinars for clients and internal teams across different time zones. - Gain hands-on experience with the ControllerView platform and regulatory reporting processes to become an authority in the domain. - Engage with product leads and engineers to stay informed about platform updates and translate them into effective learning materials. - Continuously refine learning experiences based on user feedback, from storyboarding to final delivery and outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in instructional design and content development. - Strong communication skills for facilitating platform, technical, and regulatory user training. - Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. - Curiosity for understanding complex systems and simplifying them. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, and relational databases navigation. - Self-motivated learner with a technical aptitude and a keen interest in our core platform and regulatory reporting landscape. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with LMS platforms. - Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, MS Excel, XML, JSON, REST API, and JAVA. - Background in financial technology or regulatory reporting.
