About the Role

Senior UK Counsellor

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UK education landscape and a successful track record of guiding students through the admission process, from initial interest to final enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students for higher education in the UK through

  120–150 outbound calls per day

• Maintain a

  conversion rate of at least 25%

  , ensuring a strong follow-up mechanism and timely closures.
• Provide personalized counselling to students, helping them choose the best-fit universities and courses based on their profiles and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UK university application processes and scholarship opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed

  monthly conversion targets

  aligned with business goals.
• Maintain comprehensive case notes and track all leads and conversions via CRM tools.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance student experience and optimize counselling effectiveness.
• Share best practices with junior counsellors and contribute to team training efforts if required.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience

  specifically in counselling students for

  UK universities

• Strong knowledge of the

• Proven track record of
