Job Description

Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join the growing UAE Cost Management team, a friendly, professional, and dynamic group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects to various client groups, managing key client projects, providing advice to multi-disciplinary teams, and supporting the management and direction to the client. This role offers significant opportunities for progression and rapid career development in a fast-paced environment with an enviable client list. Key Responsibilities: - Support and undertake feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans & BOQ for UAE projects - Conduct quantity take-off & prepare Cost Plan / BOQ from design information at various design stages - Demonstrate understanding of UAE construction methodology - Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks associated with design and cost estimates - Work with various measurement codes like NRM, POMI, CESMM, etc. - Collaborate closely with the team and raise RFIs to optimize deliverables - Deliver Cost plans for projects for occupier and investor clients - Maintain a track record in delivering high-quality services from inception to completion - Possess enthusiasm, proactiveness, and self-motivation - Demonstrate developed verbal, numerical, and report/proposal writing skills - Be flexible, able to work to deadlines, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, preferably CostX - Willingness to become part of an engaged and supportive team Qualifications Required: - The ideal candidate will have a technical and experience-based QS/CM background with a minimum of 8 years of experience - B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - MRICS is preferred but not necessarily mandatory for the right individual - Experience with Commercial, hotel/hospitality, and residential projects would be desirable - Team management skills would be preferable Additional Company Details (if present): You will be provided with the latest IT equipment, remote working capability, personal and professional development opportunities, continued innovation of new products and software to enhance service delivery.,
