Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Core SME

with strong expertise in

Java and cloud-native modernization

(AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP). This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of

capital markets domain

, who can drive modernization blueprints, validate uplift plans, and ensure alignment with enterprise CI/CD frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cloud-native modernization initiatives and Java-based architecture transformations.
Drive blueprint adoption and validate uplift plans for modernization projects.
Collaborate with architects, governance teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
Mentor and guide development teams to ensure alignment with modernization strategies.
Oversee CI/CD framework alignment and integration with enterprise pipelines.
Provide technical leadership and direction throughout the software lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions in
capital markets domain
.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and cloud-native modernization.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS mandatory; Azure, GCP, or OCI a plus).
Strong understanding of CI/CD frameworks and DevOps best practices.
Proven experience in capital markets or financial services domain.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with microservices architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven design.
Familiarity with cloud automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
