Senior Core SME (Java & Cloud Modernization)

As a highly experienced Senior Core SME specializing in Java and cloud-native modernization, your role will involve leading various initiatives and transformations within the capital markets domain. You will drive the adoption of modernization blueprints, validate uplift plans, and ensure compliance with enterprise CI/CD frameworks. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead cloud-native modernization initiatives and Java-based architecture transformations. - Drive blueprint adoption and validate uplift plans for modernization projects. - Collaborate with architects, governance teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with best practices and standards. - Mentor and guide development teams to ensure alignment with modernization strategies. - Oversee CI/CD framework alignment and integration with enterprise pipelines. - Provide technical leadership and direction throughout the software lifecycle. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions in the capital markets domain. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and cloud-native modernization. - Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS mandatory; Azure, GCP, or OCI a plus). - Strong understanding of CI/CD frameworks and DevOps best practices. - Proven experience in the capital markets or financial services domain. - Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
