Senior Copywriter

What you will do

• Lead copy across brand campaigns, digital platforms, and content formats
• Write and review copy across performance, brand, and editorial assets
• Understand each brand’s business, audience, and content goals, and use that understanding to guide creative direction
• Manage and mentor junior writers, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to deliver effective work
• Balance hands-on writing with team oversight across multiple projects
• Use feedback and performance insights to improve output over time

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting or content writing, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to write or translate in Tamil is a strong plus
• Ability to manage timelines, reviews, and team tasks independently
• Clarity of thought, attention to detail, and confidence in presenting work
• Experience working across formats including social, digital, and campaign
• Background in media, communication, journalism, advertising, or related fields is preferred
