Job Description

Coordinate with subject entity/client to get the required documents for report preparation
Coordinate with business partners
Ensure timely and accurate updates on D&B s online CRM tools
Checking documents which are received from corporates / business partners and processing further
External coordination with corporate clients for faster closures
Engagement with clients for any kind of intervention for faster closure of the project
Weekly MIS preparation, sharing with client and connecting with them to discuss the progress of projects
Internal team coordination with analyst team
Ensuring the customers expectations are met by delivering the mandates/projects withing the SLA
Coordinate with sales and clients for ensuring smooth delivery of project/mandate
Facilitate weekly or fortnight client and sales calls to discuss non-moving inventory and update them with the progress of the project

Key Requirements:

Any graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent MS Excel skills
Customer centric approach, client servicing experience to support
External communication and coordination
Ability to work under high pressure environments
