Job Description

Complete responsibility of the Policy servicing MISs including KPI, KRI, Regulatory reports, Data analysis etc
Complete data custodian of the policy servicing transactional data month-on-month
Ensure proper documentation of the related processes, letters and exception / deviation "Approvals".
Responsible for monitoring, executing physical dispatch related to policy servicing
Actively participate in PS Audit related actives and ensure there are no audit outages related to reporting, data management and dispatch
Report and manage all incidents in line with the Incident management process
Ensure that there are no overdue action items from risk reviews, audit observations, incidents reported to ORIG or RMC
Contribute to the control environment and risk related matters discussed in various governance forums
Monitoring of Ops loss, KRIs, risk mandates and other related activities
Coordinate with process owners to place effective design level controls in the CMT at the Implementation stage for new regulations and update controls for existing regulations if there are changes in the processes from time to time.
Provide assurance to the respective functional head on the adequacy and operating effectiveness of controls placed by the respective functions.
End to end customer PS dispatch management record maintenance and monitoring
Yearly review of PS form design and close loop with Marketing and legal team
