Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Content Writer to lead content creation across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, combined with a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement. The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines, enhances visibility, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit compelling content for websites, blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Research industry-related topics and stay updated on current trends to produce innovative and insightful content.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Edit and proofread content produced by junior writers or freelancers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Track content performance through analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior content writers to improve writing quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (8+ years) as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and target audiences.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B and B2C content writing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing.
• Knowledge of design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
