Senior Content Strategist

Role & responsibilities

- Own editorial calendars, content pillars, and storytelling themes for Verbinden and its key clients.
- Develop content frameworks for thought leadership, product marketing, events, and campaigns. - Translate business goals into content strategy across channels (LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, YouTube, etc.).

Thought Leadership & Ghostwriting:
- Partner with CXOs, product heads, and SMEs to craft executive LinkedIn posts, articles, and industry op-eds. - Write persuasive copy, punchy posts, and narrative decks with clarity and flair. - Use AI tools smartly (like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to scale creativity, not replace it.

Social & Digital Content:
- Guide the team on platform-specific best practices across LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, etc. - Build playbooks for social media, webinars, and email marketing with measurable goals.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58 years in content roles (preferably in a B2B agency or enterprise tech setting)
- Exceptional written communication and copy editing skills - Proven ability to write for CXO/Founder-led content, with a tone that balances authority and authenticity - Understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance-driven content - Experience using or willingness to adopt AI tools for productivity and scale - A sense of ownership, hustle, and ability to lead projects end-to-end - Willingness to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru
