- Drive business development efforts for AI consulting, custom software, web and mobile appprojects
- Identify and respond to RFPs globally, especially in India, US, and Europe
- Own end-to-end sales process: from lead generation to pitch to closure
- Build a strong outbound sales engine using email, LinkedIn, and event outreach
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech platforms, agencies, and ecosystem enablers
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, SOWs, and pricing models- Represent Verbinden at industry events, pitch calls, and client meetings
- 48 years in business development or sales roles in technology services (not just digitalmarketing)
- Prior experience in a similar agency or tech services setting is helpful
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers (CXOs, CTOs, procurement teams)
- Ability to write or co-create proposals, understand RFP requirements, and customize responses
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle; basic understanding of AI use cases is a bonus
- Strong CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and closing discipline
Bonus: Existing network in SaaS, enterprise tech, or innovation ecosystems
