Senior Consultant - Supply Planning

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing projects related to supply chain management, utilizing your strong project management skills and technical understanding of SCM technologies. Your role will involve stakeholder management, team leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong project management skills to plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively - Translate business requirements into project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies - Deep understanding of supply chain management principles across procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and distribution - Familiarity with SCM technologies such as ERP, WMS, IBP, and software like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics - Engage and manage stakeholders at various levels to align expectations and ensure project success - Lead project teams comprising functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts - Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reporting to stakeholders - Identify issues, risks, and dependencies impacting project progress and implement mitigation strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or related roles - Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Tableau,
