Senior Consultant, Strategy & Technology

As a Senior Consultant at Konrad Group, you will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers in medium and large-scale digital projects to deliver cutting-edge user experiences. With prior experience working with clients from various industries, you will leverage your expertise to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with and lead clients through brainstorming, creating impactful user experiences, technical delivery, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in team leadership and mentoring junior team members. This multifaceted role will involve close collaboration with Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams. In this role, you will support the engagement lead on projects of varying sizes, ranging from smaller rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital transformations. You will strategize and develop digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals, understanding and interpreting clients" business challenges and goals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring client goals and project timelines are met, staying abreast of existing and emerging technology trends, structuring presentations and documentation, and mentoring junior team members.
