Job Description

The Scrum Master will act as a Team coach and serves to facilitate scrum to the larger team by ensuring the scrum framework is followed. He or she is committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practices but will also remain flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve their workflow.

B.Tech/B.E /MCA and MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months)

Overall Expeience (in Years) - 8+ Years

Relevant Role Experience (in Years) - 8+ Years

Project (Count) - 5+ Projects as Scrum Master (Scrum / Scrum of Scrum / SAFe)

Experience Certification - Held/Currently Holding - 1 Scrum Master related or any other from the list (CSM/ PSM/ SAFe Scrum Master/ SAFe Agilist/ PMI ACP)
