Work with the Solution Architect to develop a build and delivery plan that meets the clients requirements and timeline. Leverage our LIFT delivery methodology and past project key learnings while building the required plan which uniquely fits the client situation. Establish a strong working relationship with the client business leaders and project sponsors. Be able to help clients understand how to integrate plans across different horizons. Support blueprint sessions to identify requirements and guide the design towards supply chain best practices. Lead Supply Chain and Decision Analysis to identify and size improvement opportunities in client s supply chain planning, logistics and distribution networks. Be prepared to potentially work across one or more projects (at one or more clients). Actively participate in the development and refinement of our Performance Improvement methods, tools, and capabilities. EXPERIENCE: SCM WM Consultant Description: SAP WM Functional Consultant with 4+ yrs of SAP WM strong functional experience. Four plus years of experience in supply chain planning or supply chain execution or solution implementation experience Must have good cross functional knowledge in MM/PP,QM modules. Working experience with inbound/outbound/Physical inventory and internal warehouse processes. Travel, depending on project phase, may be required in the future, depending on the project Working experience with WM queue management and resolutions Good experience in WM processes including of Inbound , Outbound, Internal warehouse processes Good experience in Shipping including shipping point configuration, route configuration etc Working experience on shipments and delivery processing including output configuration Good experience in all standard SAP WM configurations including Warehouse org structure, Placement and removal strategies, Physical inventory, Print configurations Working experience with Serial number and batch management Working experience of cross docking, wave/2 step picking etc. Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes. Deliver Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation. Ability to gather requirements and participate in design sessions. Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements. Delivering high quality and efficient work (Business Issues and Tickets) within agreed SLAs and timelines and capacity to resolve general issues related to SAP WM/EWM Assist in mapping the requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions. Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts. Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs. Should be able to map client requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions. Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills and willing to play good team player role. Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs. Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented. Should be willing to work in a team. EDUCATION: Any bachelor s degree, preferably with an Engineering background. Functional experience would be considered as a value add. Location - Hybrid model of working. Candidates in Pune and Hyderabad are preferred. Flexible with location for right candidate Working Time - Willing to work during the US Eastern time.
