Senior Consultant Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap Planning:

  Define, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.

• Execution Alignment:

  Translate roadmap initiatives into actionable user stories, epics, and tasks for development teams.

• Agile Delivery Leadership:

  Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

• User Story & Backlog Management:

  Write, refine, and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable value outcomes.

• Jira Administration & Reporting:

  Manage Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor progress, report metrics, and optimize delivery efficiency.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams, communicating progress, risks, and changes effectively.

• Risk & Change Management:

  Identify and mitigate project risks or blockers while managing scope and timeline adjustments.

• Team Coaching:

  Mentor teams on Agile and product management methodologies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in

  end-to-end product roadmap development

  and

  Agile delivery management

  .
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Jira

  (boards, automation, dashboards, reporting).
• Advanced skills in

  user story writing

  ,

  backlog prioritization

  , and

  sprint management

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  
• Deep understanding of

  Agile/Scrum frameworks

  and practical implementation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Business, or Product Management

  .

• 5+ years

  of experience in Agile product or project management, preferably within a consulting or technology environment.
• Professional certifications such as

  Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  ,

  PMI-ACP

  , or

  SAFe Agilist

  .
• Experience working with

  distributed and cross-functional Agile teams

  in complex product ecosystems.
