Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis to define business processes, gather requirements, create functional designs, and design product solutions. Your proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, and user stories will be crucial. You will demonstrate your ability in planning consulting/functional work and taking ownership of project outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management skills, both with business and technology stakeholders, are essential. You will act as a key point of contact for various groups throughout the implementation process and interface with business stakeholders to make key design/process decisions. Delivering assigned tasks on time is vital to ensure smooth progress of the implementation. You will also contribute to project planning activities as the programme evolves. Additionally, you should have knowledge and practical experience of Project Management methodologies, hands-on experience with Agile Methodologies and ceremonies, and be able to review test cases prepared by the QA team and run demo sessions with business stakeholders prior to production go-live to gather early feedback. A thorough understanding of the derivatives lifecycle, including order management, hedge attribution, P&L generation, and reporting, is required. Knowledge and experience in financial risk management, particularly market risk, are essential. Nice to have skills include knowledge and/or experience in the Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals, or concentrates). (Note: Location for the job is Pune/Mumbai/Chennai.
