Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney-related disorders and will provide high-quality patient care, including dialysis management, chronic kidney disease (CKD) treatment, and transplant follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney conditions such as CKD, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and electrolyte imbalances.
• Provide care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patients with complex medical conditions.
• Evaluate patients for kidney transplantation and provide post-transplant care.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as renal biopsies, ultrasound, and kidney function tests.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in inpatient rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency consultations.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in nephrology through continuing medical education (CME).
• Contribute to clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• DM/DNB in Nephrology from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license and registration with the relevant medical council.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
