We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Senior Consultant who can lead end-to-end functional delivery across Finance modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, guiding junior consultants, and ensuring high-quality implementation and support of Oracle Fusion applications.

Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Tax.
Drive requirement gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and translate them into solution designs.
Prepare functional documents BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules as per business needs and ensure alignment with global templates and best practices.
Support integrations with third-party systems and work with technical teams for data migration and interface requirements.
Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SCM, HCM, PPM, and technical teams.
Mentor junior consultants and support project planning, estimations, and stakeholder communication.
