Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.
Key
- Develop & maintain / Validate Economic Sanctions & Screening and AML Feeder models aligned with risk management frameworks.
- Perform quantitative development, risk analytics, and testing of models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights from data.
- Build and optimize large-scale data architecture, including visualization and reporting tools.
- Lead ongoing monitoring reviews and produce comprehensive performance reports.
- Manage and mentor analytics teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and growth.
- Deliver production-ready, well-documented, and explainable models to support critical business needs.
- Support end-to-end MRM activities including but not limited to model inventory management, verify that models are performing as expected for their intended use and expected accuracy, model validations, identify model risk issues e.g. including but not limited to RAIs, Limitations, Recommendations, Model Breach etc.), annual model reviews, review of ongoing monitoring reports, risk ratings, and data assessment, accuracy, consistency/precision and relevant analysis.
To qualify for the role you must have

- Degree / Master s Degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Develop & maintain / Validate Economic Sanctions & Screening and AML Feeder models aligned with risk management frameworks.
- Strong programming skills (R, Python, SAS, SQL, and other languages).
- Expertise in risk analytics, quantitative development, and risk modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Oracle Cloud).
- Experience as an Oracle developer or with Oracle database, Oracle cloud
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience working within highly controlled and audited environments.
- Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and team leadership (for senior roles).
