Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Designation: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a

Scrum Master with strong technical acumen

to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine

Agile leadership and hands-on technical understanding

to drive efficient sprint planning, remove impediments, and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Guide teams on
Scrum and Agile best practices
, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
Collaborate with Product Owners to
refine backlog
, define sprint goals, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Identify and remove delivery roadblocks, fostering a culture of ownership and transparency.
Track and communicate sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and deployment cycles.
Support estimation and planning by leveraging technical insights to improve predictability.
Drive adoption of
Agile tools
(e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) for effective collaboration and reporting.
Contribute to
technical discussions
around architecture, code quality, and system dependencies when needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Architecture) for seamless end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or higher)
is mandatory.
7-12 years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of
Agile frameworks
(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Hands-on familiarity with
SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes
.
Working knowledge of
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
