Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Application Packager, Sr with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Installer Technology, SCCM, and Windows Application Integration/Maintenance.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, build, and maintain standard installation, management, and monitoring routines, scripts, agents, or capabilities that are bundled with applications.
Provide IT application operations, support, and troubleshooting of technology issues desktop application components.
Gather requirements from clients and communicate effectively through email, telephone, or chat.
Validate Application Packages for internal consistency errors using package tools and troubleshoot accordingly.
Perform quality analysis for packaged applications using MSI Technology to deliver error-free packages.
Ensure compliance with all client standards and knowledge of ITIL.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in Application Packaging (Windows Installer) using packaging tools like Wise Package Studio, Install Shield, PACE, etc.
Strong specialization in Windows Installer Technology, SCCM, and Windows Application Integration/Maintenance.
Experience in creating installations from scratch, not just re-packaging, throughout the entire lifecycle from gathering requirements to delivery.
