Job Description

Strategic Focus Oversee and lead construction projects from commencement to completion Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and ensure that there is no budget over-run Reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders. Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with approved safety and quality guidelines. Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices. Operational Focus Oversee all onsite constructions to monitor compliance with quality and safety regulations Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the project. Reviews and approves Project Execution Plan(PEP) [from construction point of view], Material Procurement Schedule, Manpower and Machinery Deployment Schedule Monitors progress in line with PEP, identifies future hazards and risks and proactively prepares a mitigation plan Responsible for implementation of the scope of work in line with contractual documents, technical specification, Drawing, Bill of quantities, IS Codes and Best Engineering practices Inculcate the culture of doing it First Time Right (FTR) and sustainable development
