Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Lytx, you will be a key member of the Total Rewards team, playing a critical role in ensuring that the compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. Your main responsibility will be to develop, implement, and administer the India site compensation and benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather local market intelligence and analyze salary and benefits trends to support recommendations. - Build and ensure competitive salary ranges and internal equity. - Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark the company's competitive position. - Manage and administer employee benefits programs such as healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans. - Develop and manage employee FAQs, communication materials, and training sessions to improve benefits understanding. - Serve as the primary liaison with insurance providers, brokers, and third-party vendors for efficient claims processing. - Support annual compensation and benefits events, including insurance benefits renewal. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of specialized C&B experience, specifically in compensation, benefits administration, and vendor management. - Strong knowledge of Indian compensation and benefits regulations and labor laws. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Results-driven team player with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with HRIS reporting and compensation & benefits tools. - Strong customer focus.
