Senior Collections Specialist

You will be responsible for contributing to achieving financial goals as a Collection Analyst at HighRadius. Your role will involve reviewing customer accounts, determining the best approach to approach clients, and executing plans to maximize revenue. You should be able to work effectively within a team, fostering collaborative relationships with Customers, Sales, and management. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to provide accounts receivable support. - Resolve billing and customer credit issues. - Prepare and review customer accounts receivable reports for accuracy. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collection efficiency and resolve disputes efficiently. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Billing procedures, dispute management. - Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities. - Possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
