Senior Cloud Engineer

The Senior Cloud Engineer role involves supporting the group's public cloud platforms, primarily Azure, and leading cloud migration activities towards central hosting at the PIB Group. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure, application, service teams, delivery partners, and technology vendors to fulfill the following responsibilities: - Serve as a technical lead for Azure hosting migrations. - Provide support for the group on public cloud platforms, ensuring adherence to cloud principles for all deployments. - Collaborate with Business and IT teams to enhance understanding of cloud technology platforms. - Offer technical escalation for AWS and Azure issues. - Train and assist cloud engineers as needed. - Implement secure, resilient, performant, and cost-effective cloud solutions in alignment with the well-architected framework. - Contribute to the planning, migration, and ongoing enhancement of each technology stack within the IT integration project. - Manage and maintain IT suppliers, technology, and infrastructure for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness, resolving any outages or performance issues efficiently.
