Senior Client Servicing Manager / Account Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Servicing Manager / Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships, delivering marketing projects, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure campaign success. This is an in-office role based out of our Malviya Nagar office in Delhi. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction Understand client business goals, objectives, and challenges to propose relevant marketing strategies Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and other verticals Coordinate with creative, strategy, content, and performance teams to deliver high-quality work Handle project timelines, client feedback, reporting, and performance reviews Identify opportunities for account growth and up-selling services Prepare and present client proposals, performance reports, and presentations Ensure timely billing, documentation, and coordination with finance for client accounts Requirements: 3–4 years of proven experience in a client servicing or account management role at a marketing or advertising agency Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client challenges Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
